AroundHere aggregates event listings from local venues so you can discover what's happening nearby — live music, comedy, open mics, theater, and more.
Browse & Filter Events
Search by keyword, filter by date range, genre, venue, or event type. Switch to map view to explore what's happening near you. Every event links to ticket pages, venue details, and artist profiles.
Ask Questions
Use the chat to ask in plain English — "What's happening this weekend?", "Find me some jazz", or "Recommend something for me". It knows about all upcoming events and can filter based on your preferences.
Save Favorites & Get Notified
Tap the heart on any event to save artists and venues you like. We'll email you when they have upcoming shows — enabled by default, adjustable anytime in settings. You can also describe your taste on your interests page to power personalized recommendations.
Artist & Venue Profiles
Tap any artist or venue to see their full profile. Artist pages include bios, genres, social links, and an embedded Spotify player. Venue pages show location, contact info, and all upcoming events at that spot.
Submit Events
Know about a show that isn't listed? Anyone with an account can submit events . Submissions are reviewed by our team (usually within 24 hours) and you'll get an email when it's approved. You can edit your events anytime from the My Events page.
Track Attendance
Mark events as "Interested" or "Going" to keep track of your plans. You can see how many others are attending too. Your upcoming events appear in your weekly email digest.
Weekly Recommendations
Every Wednesday you'll get a curated email with personalized picks based on your interests, plus a full list of what's happening that week. Enabled by default, adjustable in settings .
Preview Artists on Spotify
Our Spotify playlist features artists with upcoming local shows. It updates daily — artists playing sooner appear first, and tracks are removed after their show passes.
For Venue Owners
Own or manage a venue? Claim your venue page to review community-submitted events and get notified when shows are added. Visit any venue page and click "Claim Venue" to get started.
Help Keep Listings Accurate
See something wrong? Use the "Report" button on any event to flag incorrect dates, wrong venues, cancellations, or duplicates. Our team will review and fix it.
