Groton Hill Music Center is committed to providing access and an enjoyable visit for persons of all abilities. When purchasing tickets, please be sure to mention if any special accommodations are required, including low vision, hard of hearing, and/or limited mobility. Accessible seating is available on all levels of our main performance spaces. Our facility is ADA compliant, with handicap parking, elevators, accessible bathrooms, assisted listening devices, and companion seating available. Please contact the Box Office at [email protected] or call 978-486-9524 to purchase accessible seating. Requests for sign language interpretation are subject to the availability of an interpreter and provided at the discretion of artist management. Our staff and volunteers are happy to move and store wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility devices for you during events. Please speak with one of our ushers upon entry and they will gladly let you know where the device is stored, and return it during intermission and at the conclusion of the event. Please Note: We are unable to assist you in a weight-bearing capacity while transitioning to your seat. Per the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations, only service dogs (not pets) are allowed inside our building or on the grounds. Patrons bringing their service animal to a concert should inform us at the time of ticket purchase.
